Custom MMIC offers a wide array of SPST, SPDT, SP3T, SP4T, and SP5T RF / Microwave MMIC switches optimally designed to offer exceptional switch performance over an extremely broad frequency range from DC to 28 GHz (L, S, C, X, Ku, K, Ka band). These MMIC switches come in 2-way, 4-way and 5-way non-reflective and reflective switch designs with a low insertion loss and high port-to-port isolation. Switching speeds are as fast as 1.8 ns and some designs come with a built-in binary decoder to reduce the number of logic control lines. These MMIC switches take up minimal real estate in their leadless (surface mount) packages of 3x3 mm or 4x4 mm.
