These varactor models are validated by measurements performed from DC to 67 GHz. Each model is scalable with respect to both bias and temperature (+25 to +85°C). Also included are parameters for capacitance and resistance tolerance. These components are intended to be used as tuning elements for reconfigurable RF/microwave circuits such as filters and resonators.
