The GPS-12R/HS frequency standard offers traceable Cesium-type stability at a very affordable price. When synchronized to a GPS satellite system, the unit provides both short and long–term high time and frequency stability, assuring precision and accuracy.
Very high long-term frequency stability is provided from the built-in Cesium-controlled standards in the GPS-satellites, ensuring zero ageing of frequency reference over time. Very high short-term stability comes from a disciplined low-noise built-in Rubidium atomic clock.
The unit can be used as in-house reference standard for calibration or as the master clock for test instruments. Equipped with optional 1/5/10MHz outputs, it is the ideal precision reference standard for use in; metrology, radar antenna array systems, public utilities, and the electronics industry. An optional battery provides increased efficiency of the GPS-12R/HS when transportation between workstations is required.
