Army offers software discounts

Discounts on Microsoft software will be available to contractors as well as to the U.S. Army`s own in-house users under a recent modification to the blanket purchase agreement managed by the Army`s Product Manager for Small Computer Program (PM SCP). Government and industry users can receive discounts of as much as 32 percent on such products as upgrades to Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT, says Yvonne Jackson, the product manager.
