This device features cold sparing, voltage translation, basic transceiver functionality slew rate control, and Schmitt trigger inputs. Target applications are satellite avionics payloads and launch vehicles. The 0.6-micron device, which withstands ionizing doses of 100 kilorads of radiation and is immune to single-event upset and induced latchup, operates over the military temperature range of -55 degrees Celsius to 125 C.
