Leaders of Northrop Grumman Corp. in Los Angeles are combining their Data Systems and Services Division with their Logicon Inc. subsidiary as part of the company`s emphasis on information technology. The new organization will operate as Logicon Inc. "The information technology arena is as competitive as it is dynamic," says Northrop Grumman president Kent Kresa. "By combining our operations without our Logicon subsidiary, we retain the respected Logicon brand name while achieving economies of scale and synergies across this growing business segment."
