Officials of National Semiconductor Corp. in Santa Clara, Calif., have qualified their FACT Quiet Series logic family - their first advance CMOS logic devices to meet the noise problems of ground bounce, dynamic threshold, and high electromagnetic interference in space applications-to the Defense Department`s Qualified Manufacturing List, better known as QML.
