SEi to sell Cirrus mil-spec Ics

Leaders of Space Electronics Inc. (SEi) of San Diego agreed to build, sell, and distribute the mil-spec integrated circuit line of the Crystal Semiconductor Products Division of Cirrus Logic Inc. of Fremont, Calif. The agreement between the two companies calls for Crystal to continue building the die for Space Electronics, whose engineers will be responsible for package design, assembly, screening, qualification, and final delivery.
