Honeywell gets QML approval for SOI technology

Auditors from the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) in Columbus, Ohio, approved the Honeywell Solid State Electronics Center in Minneapolis to produce 0.8-micron silicon on insulator (SOI) IV technology and SOI 256K static random access memory devices under the Defense Department`s Qualified Manufacturing List (QML).
