These devices, which are for small, high-reliability power supplies, come in hermetic packages approved against DSCC standardized military drawings. The OM2990ST family, which has reverse battery protection and internal short-circuit protection, comes in isolated and non-isolated hermetic packages, have operating junction temperature ranges of -55 degrees Celsius to 125 C, and storage temperatures of -65 C to 150 C. - J.K.
