The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) in Springfield, Va., is offering information on 5,500 of the most-requested U.S. Army publications through the World Wide Web. Available are Army technical manuals, field manuals, handbooks, and technical bulletins. Users can search for documents by title, publication number, or keyword to determine pricing and availability from NTIS at http://www.ntis.gov/databases/armypub.htm.
