Army Space Command orders two Cray supercomputers

SEATTLE, Wash., 30 June 2005. Global supercomputer maker Cray Inc. today announced that it has received an order for a Cray X1E system upgrade and a Cray XD1 supercomputer system from Madison Research Corp. for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC).
