Raytheon GmbH selects Nallatech to develop ruggedized FPGA systems

CAMARILLO, Calif., 8 June 2011. Officials at Raytheon Deutschland GmbH have contracted Nallatech, a supplier of high-performance commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom field-programmable gate array (FPGA) solutions, to develop ruggedized accelerated-processing solutions for an advanced digital receiver.

Officials at Raytheon Deutschland GmbH have contracted Nallatech, a supplier of high-performance commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom field-programmable gate array (FPGA) solutions, to develop ruggedized accelerated-processing solutions for an advanced digital receiver.

Nallatech engineers are developing hardware systems that employ Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGAs for multiple processing applications.

Raytheon’s digital receiver is designed with a flexible, modular architecture, enabling it to be tailored for a variety of applications.
