The company is manufacturing components for the production service life extension kits for this Lockheed Martin program. These kits will add more than 15,000 flying hours to each aircraft, representing 15 to 20 additional years of service for this critical maritime patrol and reconnaissance resource.

"The Project is under a tight production and delivery schedule and we are meeting the challenges with expanded support and subcontractor management," comments Terry McLeod, Northstar's VP, development & planning. "Steadfast performance on this program has the potential to open new opportunities from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics for additional aircraft requiring the same life extension upgrades."
