S4 Inc. wins Information Assurance contract with Department of Defense, SDDC

BURLINGTON, Mass., 29 Feb. 2008. S4 Inc. has won a contract to provide Information Assurance (IA) Technical Support Services to the US Army, Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). The IA program within SDDC was developed to improve the overall total security of SDDC systems and to protect interfaces to the Global Transportation Network.

BURLINGTON, Mass., 29 Feb. 2008. S4 Inc. has won a contract to provide Information Assurance (IA) technical support services to the US Army, Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). The IA program within SDDC was developed to improve the overall total security of SDDC systems and to protect interfaces to the Global Transportation Network.

S4, along with subcontractor PE Systems, will provide technical security expertise to protect, defend, report and analyze the IA status of SDDC networks and systems. This Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection (IA/IP) security capability will provide the capability to monitor and measure activities; identify, prioritize and defend against threats; and coordinate responses to attack.
