Air Traffic Control Association partners with Intelligent Aerospace

ATCA/CMAC, NATIONAL HARBOR, Md., 30 Sept. 2014. Intelligent Aerospace, the annual aerospace event and industry resource, and the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA), the renowned industry association dedicated to progress in the science of air traffic control and the preservation of a safe flight environment in Alexandria, Va., have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly support and serve the rapidly expanding global aerospace community. The agreement was struck during ATCA’s 59^th Annual Conference and Exposition and Civil/Military Aviation Conference (CMAC) being held this week, 28 September – 1 October 2014, in National Harbor, Maryland.

ATCA teams up with Intelligent Aerospace to help advance aviation and airspace management technologies, infrastructures, and global community, as well as encourage greater industry participation.

“ATCA and Intelligent Aerospace share an important, singular goal: to provide a forum in which aerospace executives and engineers can address current and future challenges, advance systems and infrastructures, and enhance safety—all for the good of the industry and global community,” affirms ATCA President and CEO Peter F. Dumont will take on an advisory role in the Intelligent Aerospace conference, helping to craft an Air Traffic Control and Airspace Management conference program track in which prominent industry leaders address pressing challenges, tackle today’s tough issues, and provide insights and advice. He will occupy a seat on the Intelligent Aerospace Advisory Board and Arsenal of Experts. The first annual Intelligent Aerospace conference and exhibition will be held October 6 through 8, 2015 at Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) in the Netherlands.
