AUSTIN, Texas, 17 August 2006. Neverfail, a provider of high availability and disaster recovery technologies, has been granted a General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology Schedule Contract.

Under terms of the five-year agreement, Neverfail and its nearly 500 U.S. channel partners are now government-preferred vendors and will continue to provide local, state, and federal government entities with the latest business continuity technologies. Neverfail's contract, No. GS-35F-0567S, is valid through August 8, 2011.

The new contract will enable state and local government agencies looking to comply with the Federal Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) the ability to easily purchase Neverfail's software. Before receiving a GSA Schedule contract, vendors are evaluated and must meet corporate and product mandates.
