RONKONKOMA, N.Y., 3 April 2006. Retlif Testing Laboratories in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., has acquired Radiation Sciences Inc. (RSI) in Harleysville, Pa., which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Retlif.
"The acquisition of RSI's expert staff, testing equipment, and 15,000 square foot testing facility greatly enhances our scope and depth of services," says Retlif President Walter Poggi. "It enables Retlif to offer greater military, EMI/EMC, lightning, and environmental solutions."
The combined company will offer in-house TEMPEST testing, as well as expanded homeland security services and expanded CE marking, Poggi says. "Also, the acquisition enables us to bring greater EMI medical device testing and expanded radiated immunity testing to a new geography."
