LAS VEGAS, 24 May 2006. The board of directors of SkyBridge Technology Group Inc., formerly SkyBridge Wireless Inc., has signed an acquisition agreement with San Diego, Calif.-based Sierra Pacific Aviation Inc., a Nevada Corporation. Sierra Pacific Aviation provides flight training, aircraft brokerage, and consulting to the aircraft industry, as well as counseling and placement services.
Sierra Pacific Aviation posted first quarter revenues in excess of $64,000. "The Company will seek to expand Sierra Pacific Aviation to higher revenue levels and a profit center for the Company," says James Wheeler. "Last year's revenue for the entire year was roughly $200,000, so we are already seeing growth in the first quarter."
SkyBridge Technology Group Inc. is currently looking for additional acquisitions. Sierra Pacific Aviation is the first completed acquisition for SkyBridge Technology Group Inc.
