Aeroflex/Metelics receives DSCC JANS qualification for its mil-spec TC Zener diodes

LAWRENCE, Mass., 13 Dec. 2010. Aeroflex/Metelics, a division of Aeroflex Inc. in Lawrence, Mass., has received JANS qualification from the U.S. Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) for the company’s TC Zener diode products in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500N/159 and /452.  

LAWRENCE, Mass., 13 Dec. 2010. Aeroflex/Metelics, a division of Aeroflex Inc. in Lawrence, Mass., has received JANS qualification from the U.S. Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) for the company’s mil-spec TC Zener diode products in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500N/159 and /452.
