SALT LAKE CITY, 17 March 2007. Zevex International Inc.'s stockholders have voted to approve and adopt the merger agreement providing for the merger of Zevex and a wholly owned subsidiary of Moog Inc.
Moog Inc. is a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components and systems. Moog's high-performance systems control military and commercial aircraft, satellites and space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, automated industrial machinery, and medical equipment.
Zevex International Inc. produces patented and proprietary medical device technologies, including sensors and electronic systems.
