U.S. Department of Homeland Security orders 250 Talon encryptors from L-3 CS-East

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a sole source contract award to L-3 Communications' Communication Systems-East (L-3 CS-East) division, a supplier of secure government communication products and systems, for 250 of its Talon (KOV-26) in-line network encryptors.
