Dynamics Research Corp. joins Quantech Services team on Air Force PASS contract

ANDOVER, Mass., 4 May 2007. Dynamics Research Corporation is on the winning Quantech Services Inc. team for the U.S. Air Force's Electronic Systems Center (ESC) Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract which has a ceiling value of $800 million for the next five years.

ANDOVER, Mass., 4 May 2007. Dynamics Research Corporation is on the winning Quantech Services Inc. team for the U.S. Air Force's Electronic Systems Center (ESC) Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract which has a ceiling value of $800 million for the next five years.

Quantech is one of eight small businesses awarded a contract by ESC to provide a range of non-technical acquisition support services, including support of research, development, and production activities at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Mass., and other geographically separated units throughout the country.

PASS is the second component of a three-part effort to replace the current vehicle used to provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support, the $1.4 billion Information Technology Services Program (ITSP) II. ITSP II is set to expire June 30.

The final component, the $480 million, three-year Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services, known as ETASS, is expected to be awarded to a single contractor team by the end of May.
