Garuda Indonesia's Airbus order involves 15 standard A320s and 10 A320neo aircraft. Garuda will use the new Airbus aircraft to replace its existing 737 fleet on the carrier's domestic low-cost Citilink unit, Airbus officials say.

On Monday Airbus sold 144 aircraft -- 50 A320neo models to Air Lease Corp. in Los Angeles; 60 A320neo aircraft to GE Capital Aviation Services in Stamford, Conn.; 30 A320neo aircraft to SAS Scandinavian Airlines in Solna, Sweden; and four A330-300 aircraft to Saudi Arabian Airlines in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
