WINCHESTER, Ohio – Koford Engineering LLC in Winchester, Ohio, is introducing two 10-pole high-performance brushless motors for military, aerospace, robotics, industrial, marine, and medical, applications.

The high-power 10 pole 5.07-inch-diameter brushless motors have no-load speeds of 2,866 rpm at 24 volts and 5,760 rpm at 48 volts. Hall sensor and sensorless versions are available.

Peak power of the rugged motors is 2,502 Watts for the 48 volt-unit and 1,126 for the 24-volt unit. Peak motor efficiency is 92 percent, and designers use 180-degree-Celsius rated wire insulation and high-temperature epoxy for durability.
