Solomon Technologies subsidiary delivers power conversion equipment for defense systems

DANBURY, Conn., 28 Aug. 2009. Technipower LLC (Technipower), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solomon Technologies Inc., won a $700,000 production order for specialized power conversion equipment from a tier one defense contractor to support a key military combat environment simulator program.

Dan Connors, president of Technipower, says: "This is a follow-up production order to a substantial 'design to spec' engineering contract the company is now executing. The application requires a cutting-edge power supply module to meet very demanding military performance requirements."
