LE HAILLAN, France – Gaia Converter in Le Haillan, France, is introducing the PSDG-48 series integrated multi-output 48-Watt isolated power supply board-mount module for rugged applications that must comply with MIL-STD-202 and 810 for altitude, humidity, temperature shocks and cycles, mechanical vibrations, and shocks.
Dedicated to 24- and 28-volt DC military and high reliability applications, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, ABD100, and DO160 power supply requirements are built in.
EMI filtering
Other features of this rugged power supply include integrated EMI filter; reverse polarity protection; hold-up function (50-millisecond transparency timing managed with external capacitor; high- and low-input voltage transients and inrush current limit; short circuit and over-voltage protected outputs; and -40 to 105-degree Celsius full load case operating temperature range.
The mil-spec PSDG series use a fixed high frequency switching topology providing a high power density, a low pro-file package and high reliability. It is encapsulated in a thermally conductive package for optimal power dissipation in harsh environments.
