Harris makes high-frequency radios for Marine Corps

ROCHESTER, N.Y., 10 March 2005. Harris Corp. has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum value of $75 million to supply the U.S. Marines Corps with Harris Falcon(R) II HF radios, spares and training.

ROCHESTER, N.Y., 10 March 2005. Harris Corp. has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum value of $75 million to supply the U.S. Marines Corps with Harris Falcon(R) II HF radios, spares and training.

The AN/PRC-150(C) is the only HF radio with embedded communications security that has been certified for transmission of U.S. classified information. It is designed to meet the demanding security requirements of military forces around the world.
