Micronetics gains order for space-qualified microwave components

HUDSON, N.H., 13 March 2008.Micronetics Inc.'s subsidiary, Mica Microwave Inc., has booked an order from a leading space systems integrator. This order, totaling $1.2 million, is for a combination of mixers, isolators, and limiters for use on a space satellite application.

David Robbins, president of Micronetics, states, "This order validates Mica's continued reputation as a qualified supplier within the space community. We intend to continue to expand our product offerings to the space marketplace, leveraging the skill set present at our Mica manufacturing facility."

This order is scheduled to ship over a 12-month period.
