HANOVER, N.H., 16 Sept. 2012. Daat Research Corp. in Hanover, N.H., is introducing enhancements for its Coolit computational fluid dynamics (CFD)thermal-analysis software for electronics that boost accuracy and enrich the software's interface.

Coolit v.12 includes new objects in the component library and improvements in computer-aided design (CAD) import that make it easier to navigate menus and speed up electronics cooling model building and data entry, company officials say.

Daat also has enriched Coolplot, the software's graphics post processor to improve flow visualization, offer faster access to animation controls, and tap a tool set for animation.
