API Nanotronics nets $1.2 million for RF communications components

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., 11 April 2007. API Nanotronics Corp. in Hauppauge, N.Y., earned $1.2 million in new orders for transformers, inductors, and filters for a major manufacturer of military radio communication systems, company officials announced.

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., 11 April 2007.API Nanotronics Corp. in Hauppauge, N.Y., earned $1.2 million in new orders for transformers, inductors, and filters for a major manufacturer of military radio communication systems, company officials announced.

The orders were received in March by API's Filtran Ltd. division in Ottawa. Filtran's products are used in different HF, VHF, and UHF radios, as well as in power supplies and accessories for secure military and government RF communications.

API Nanotronics Corp., through its subsidiaries API Electronics Inc., National Hybrid Inc., Filtran Group, TM Systems, and Keytronics, manufactures electronic components and systems for the defense and communications industries.
