EADS North American acquires Talon Instruments

ARLINGTON, Va., 20 Dec. 2005. EADS North America in Arlington, Va., strengthened its test and services business portfolio with its acquisition of Talon Instruments, a California-based company that specializes in digital test instrumentation.

Talon Instruments will become part of EADS North America Defense Test & Services, the EADS subsidiary that offers electronic test and measurement equipment.

Talon specializes in complex instrumentation for testing and validating digital equipment on aircraft, weapons, and other systems. Its product include programmable digital test modules, serial emulators, and waveform generators.
