Work on the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract—with a one-year base period of performance, two one-year options, and a contract ceiling of roughly $36 million, if all options are exercised—will be performed largely in Long Beach, Miss., and Poulsbo, Wash.

NSWC Carderock's Ship Signatures Department develops signature reduction technology, as well as operates and maintains acoustic research-and-development facilities.
