DDC offers dataSIMS bus analyzer software support for MIL-STD-1553 avionics databus cards

(DDC) in Bohemia, N.Y., is introducing dataSIMS avionics data bus test and analysis software support for its line of AceXtreme data bus cards that offer MIL-STD-1553 functionality, including AC, Multi-RT, and concurrent monitor per channel, along with common API for test and embedded applications.

(DDC) in Bohemia, N.Y., is introducing dataSIMS avionics databustest and measurement software support for its line of AceXtreme databus cards that offer MIL-STD-1553 functionality, including AC, Multi-RT, and concurrent monitor per channel, along with common API for test and embedded applications.

The dataSIMS is a software analysis tool that enables users to create an environment of simulation, acquisition, display, and storage of real-time data for MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC 429 avionics databuses, as well as Ethernet, synchro, and other user I/O.

Functions include engineering unit conversion, data filtering, and triggering, synchronized recording, and playback for analysis, as well as open architecture for user definable displays. DDC offers a 60-day full functional trial version of dataSIMS.
