Mixed-signal oscilloscopes for RF and microwave test and measurement applications offered by Saelig

July 9, 2025
Automatic measurements for 41 parameters, statistics, XY cursors, Pass/Fail, and a six-digit frequency counter and an integrated DVM are features.

Summary points:

  • Rigol’s MHO2000 series offers 12- to 16-bit resolution, as much as 350 MHz bandwidth, and 2 gigasample-per-second sampling.
  • With up to 500 megapoints of internal memory and 1 million-waveform-per-second capture rate, users can analyze fine waveform details in real time.
  • Oscilloscopes include 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, 41 auto measurements, and decoding options for CAN-FD, MIL-STD-1553, and FlexRay.

FAIRPORT, N.Y. – Electronics distributor Saelig Co. Inc. in Fairport, N.Y. is offering the MHO2000 series four-channel high-resolution, mixed-signal digital oscilloscopes from Rigol Technologies Inc. in Portland, Ore., for advanced design, debugging, and test.

Based on the Centaurus system, it offers 12-to-16-bit resolution, bandwidths to 350 MHz, four analog channels, and 16 digital channels for debugging with an optional probe.

The 200 MHz MHO2024 and the 350 MHz MHO2034 oscilloscopes are designed with 2-gigasample-per-second sampling rate all channels at 12-bit vertical resolution, with a waveform capture rate to 1 million waveforms per second (wfms/s).

500 megapoints of memory

Internal memory to 500 megapoints enables users to drill down to fine details in waveform captures. An integrated 2-channel 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator is optionally available.

Automatic measurements for as many as 41 parameters, statistics, XY cursors, Pass/Fail function with hardware mask, plus a six-digit frequency counter and an integrated DVM are features of the MHO2000 test and measurement series.

Advanced software options include: Power analysis, Automotive bus trigger/decoding (CAN-FD, LIN), Avionics bus trigger/decoding (MIL-STD-1553), FlexRay trigger/decoding, and Audio bus trigger/decoding (I2S).
