High-Watt power electronics for pulsed power, Q-switch, and lasers introduced by UltraVolt

RONKONKOMA, N.Y., 16 Feb. 2013. UltraVolt Inc. in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., is introducing a version of its 8C-30C series power supply modules with 250 Watts of output power for pulsed power, cap-charger, pulse generators, Q-switch and Pockell cell drivers, lasers, and TDR test equipment.

RONKONKOMA, N.Y., 16 Feb. 2013. UltraVolt Inc. in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., is introducing a version of its 8C-30C series power supply modules with 250 Watts of output power for pulsed power, cap-charger, pulse generators, Q-switch and Pockell cell drivers, lasers, and TDR test equipment.

Previously, the maximum output power of the high-power 8C-30C power electronics devices was 125 Watts. The new models are being offered from 8 to 30 kilovolts in positive or negative polarity.

The units can be paralleled for requirements at 500 Watts to 1 kilowatt.
