NASHUA, N.H., 17 Dec. 2013. Anyone ready for a short break over the Christmas holidays? Thought so. We are, too.

The weekly Military & Aerospace Electronics e-newsletter that hits your inboxes on 18 Dec. will be the last one issued in calendar 2013. Look for the next weekly e-newsletter from us on Wednesday 8 Jan. 2014.

Our schedule would have called for sending you e-newsletters on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and we suspect that you're probably going to be doing other things on those days.

For those of you who are disappointed at not receiving our e-newsletters on Christmas and New Year's, we apologize. We look forward to presenting you with the week's top stories just as much as you enjoy receiving our weekly dispatches.

Still, it's been a long year, and we're looking forward to taking it a bit slow over the holidays. That's not to mean we won't be posting the latest news and opinion on our Website at www.militaryaerospace.com over the holiday period -- far from it.

We'll still be posting news and products nearly every day from 19 Dec. through 1 Jan., just in case you get your fill of turkey and punch, and need a quick dose of reality before you get back to your guests.

Our normal news cycle and e-newsletter deliveries resume after the first of the year. On behalf of the entire staff of Military & Aerospace Electronics, I would like to wish you and yours a very merry Christmas, a happy New Year, and a warm holiday season.
