The XPand6212 and XPand6211 offer high-performance networking and communications capabilities and lightweight size, weight, and power (SWaP)-optimized design for deployed applications where connectivity is key to mission success.

XPand6212 is designed to make the most of processing performance and signals intelligence with its XPedite7670 Intel Xeon D single-board computer.

XPand6211 is configured for high-performance networking with a 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, an integrated XPedite5205 XMC/PMC Embedded Services Router (ESR) running Cisco IOS software to support secure, mission-critical communications. Both systems are qualified to MIL-STD-810 and DO-160 standards and purpose-built to withstand punishing environmental conditions.

The XPand6212 is based on the Intel Xeon D-1500 family (formerly Broadwell-DE) processors and a Gigabit Ethernet switch hosting an XPedite5205 Cisco IOS Gigabit Ethernet Embedded Services Router.

With a compact design, the XPand6212 make the most of processing and networking performance while minimizing SWaP. The XPand6212 provides a SWaP-optimized alternative to traditionally larger slot-based systems; it is an actual Small Form Factor (SFF) system based on COTS 3U VPX modules.

The XPand6211 is a rugged 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch and router that provides a SWaP-optimized alternative to traditionally larger slot-based systems; it is an actual Small Form Factor (SFF) system based on two COTS XChange3013 3U VPX Gigabit Ethernet switches.
