DO-178B safety-critical software for Curtiss-Wright Power Architecture CPU boards offered by Wind River

ALAMEDA, Calif., 20 Jan. 2010. Software engineers at Wind River Systems Inc. in Alameda, Calif., are introducing upgraded DO-178B safety-critical software tools for single-board computers from Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing in Leesburg, Va., that are based on the Freescale Power Architecture processors.

ALAMEDA, Calif., 20 Jan. 2010. Software engineers at Wind River Systems Inc. in Alameda, Calif., are introducing upgraded DO-178B safety-critical avionics software tools for single-board computers from Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing in Leesburg, Va., that are based on the Freescale Power Architecture processors.

The Wind River software platform also has DO-178B Level A certification evidence for the SVME/DMV-183 single board computer from Curtiss-Wright, as well as processor support for Intel Core 2 Duo IA-32 and Power Architecture e600 microprocessor cores.
