    Gulf Coast Avionics partners with Quick Aviacao to enter the Brazilian market

    ATLANTA, 22 Oct. 2010. Gulf Coast Avionics announced their expansion into the Brazilan aviation market through a joint venture partnership with Quck Aviacao in Goiania, Brazil. Quick Aviacao is a service and support center for the general aviation market in Brazil. The new partnership will expand Quick's capabilities to include a range of avionics services including sales, installations, and panel upgrades.

Quick Aviacao is a service and support center for the general aviation market in Brazil. The new partnership will expand Quick's capabilities to include a range of avionics services including sales, installations, and panel upgrades. "We will operate out of the Quick Aviacao facility and do business in the name of Gulf Coast Avionics Brasil," says Rick Garcia, president of Gulf Coast Avionics.The Brazilian operation will be run by Jonatas Berberian, who is a systems engineer, having worked previously with Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, and Garmin, Garcia adds. "This will enable us to consolidate into aircraft conversion packages, which we have introduced to implement airframe, engine, and propeller STCs, to now include avionics systems," Berberian says.
