Typhoon to be maintained through 2013 by BAE Systems

WARTON, England, 20 May 2011. Officials at England's Ministry of Defense selected BAE Systems to ensure that the Typhoon fighter jet is supported long term. Included in this is a capability to gather intelligence information and upload it to Typhoon's electronic warfare systems before a mission begins.
