EUROCAE to host two-hour workshop at Avionics Europe 2012

NASHUA, N.H., 15 Aug. 2011. Officials from EUROCAE, the European Organization for Civil Aviation Equipment, will host a two-hour workshop during Avionics Europe 2012, being held on March 21 and 22 in Munich, Germany. EUROCAE officials involved in the standardization and regulation of airborne and ground systems and equipment intend to deliver detailed analysis of the organization’s current avionics work.

EUROCAE’s members are specialized in one or several technical fields of aeronautics and include: equipment and airframe manufacturers, regulators, European and international civil aviation authorities, air navigation service providers (ANSPs), airlines, airports, and others.

The German Aeronautical Society (DGLR) and Federation of European Defence Technologies Associations (EDTA) also plan to attend Avionics Europe 2012.

The Avionics Europe advisory committee invites industry to submit abstracts for potential presentation at the conference through the call for papers deadline of Aug. 31. For more information or to submit an abstract visit: www.avionics-event.com.
