Precision Aviation Group acquires Aero Technology Inc., plans investments in electro-mechanical accessories, more

ATLANTA, 24 Sept. 2011. Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a provider of inventory supported maintenance repair and overhaul (ISMRO) in Atlanta, Ga., has acquired Aero Technology (ATI), an award-winning global MRO services provider of accessories, avionics, and instruments to the commercial transport, military and regional airline markets located in Long Beach, Calif. "The acquisition of ATI diversifies PAG's MRO capabilities, expands our operations into one of the largest aviation markets, and provides an additional platform for growth,” explains David Mast, president and CEO of PAG.

Mast announced that the company’s management plans to make significant capital investments in inventory and capabilities expansion to bring PAG's suite of MRO services to ATI. Among the investments will be: wheels/brakes, hydraulics, and electro-mechanical accessories. “These investments will give ATI the ability to enhance the services they provide to their customers, and allow PAG to expand its services to customers located on the West Coast," Mast continues.
