AUBURN, Calif., 12 Dec. 2011. TGH Aviation officials announced that they, grateful for another successful year in the aircraft instrument repair industry, are paying that success forward as a sponsor and contributor to the local Toys for Tots campaign. TGH strongly advocates and supports local community and economic efforts, donating time and funding to the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, the Auburn Airport Business Park Association, The Navy League, and local causes.
Every week, TGH employees contribute to the company’s annual charity fund. At the end of the year, TGH matches all proceeds, and donates 100 percent of the funds to local charities. 2011 will benefit the local Boys and Girls Club, and the Grass Valley Marine Corps Toys for Tots.
“TGH specifically elects the Marine Corps because much of our annual revenue comes from supplying products and services to the United States military in their efforts to keep our freedom preserved,” says Rick Wallin, Airport Shop Sales Associate for TGH.
“We believe that every successful American person or company should share a portion of their success to help grow and support their local economy, and benefit those who are less fortunate,” says Hilary Coury, Airport Shop sales associate for TGH.
TGH is expanding its charitable outreach with a 2011 Charity Raffle. The TGH Airport Shop, with the help of the community, has orchestrated more than $3,000 in raffle prizes from over 30 local businesses, raising money for Toys for Tots.
