SAN JOSE, Calif., 16 Dec. 2011. Sanmina-SCI Corp. (Nasdaq:SANM), manufacturer of complex optical, RF, electronic, and mechanical products, and TrueNorth Avionics, maker of airborne telecommunications solutions for voice, Internet data, and Wi-Fi, have entered a partnership whereby Sanmina-SCI will manufacture TrueNorth's in-cabin telecommunications equipment for business aircraft.

TrueNorth's Simphone OpenCabin systems are the most advanced airborne telecommunications systems on the market and are used in leading aircraft. The software-centric system brings unprecedented reliability, operator control and communications capabilities to business aviation.

"This partnership also highlights our design engineering, NPI, and product industrialization capabilities, which will help TrueNorth rapidly introduce new products and quickly deliver high-reliability products."
