SHANGHAI, 29 March 2012. The Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE), jointly sponsored by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), is going on now at the new Shanghai Hawker Pacific Business Aviation Service Centre, China.

ABACE’s exhibit floor features 157 exhibitors, and NBAA President Ed Bolen anticipates even more will attend next year’s airshow, scheduled for April 16 through 18.

Actor Jackie Chan made an appearance at the show, as did his Embraer Legacy 650 executive jet, estimated to be worth $30 million. Roughly 30 of the latest business jets, including new offerings from Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer, populated the ABACE static display.
