DUBLIN, 8 Aug. 2012. Officials of European regional airline Eurolot S.A. based in Warsaw, Poland, needed electronic flight bag (EFB) software technology to streamline Flight and maintenance operations as Eurolot begins class-I EFB deployment across their airline's fleet of Bombardier and ATR aircraft. They found their solution from Flightman in Dublin.

Eurolot selected Flightman to deliver EFB software that includes the eJourney Log, Electronic Flight Folder, Large Content Manager, eReports, Business Intelligence, and eTechlog applications.

The Flightman EFB software integrates with third-party performance calculator and charting applications, and will connect Eurolot's fleet of aircraft to the airline's back office systems to reduce operational workload by ensuring single point data capture, Flightman officials say.

Through this deployment, Eurolot also will have the ability to exchange data efficiently on and off the aircraft via cellular communications, and will be able to manage it centrally via the Flightman Ground Administrative Manager application.

"Flightman's EFB software is very flexible and adaptable to our organization, says Eurolot President Mariusz Dabrowski. "It meets our strategic and technical requirements to improve our existing operations and achieve significant cost savings."

The Flightman EFB software enables airlines to streamline their operations, optimize regulatory compliance, and enhance in-cabin passenger service and revenue opportunities by integrating aircraft with airline IT infrastructure.
