Business aviation firm NetJets opens FBO and business jet service center at Atlanta's DeKalb-Peachtree Airport

ATLANTA, 25 Nov. 2012. NetJets Inc., a private business jet charter and aircraft management company in Columbus, Ohio, has opened of a fixed-base operator (FBO) facility at Atlanta's DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK).

ATLANTA, 25 Nov. 2012. NetJets Inc., a private business jet charter and aircraft management company in Columbus, Ohio, has opened of a fixed-base operator (FBO) facility at Atlanta's DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK).

NetJets has signed a long-term lease with Atlantic Aviation for the 2,800 square-foot facility which includes customer and crew lounges, a conference and business center, and flight planning facilities.

The private-use FBO services NetJets flights only. PDK is one of NetJets most popular domestic destinations with approximately 4,000 NetJets flights in and out of the airport annually, NetJets officials say.

The NetJets' private-use facility is situated almost directly in the center of the Atlantic leasehold, which is 25 acres in size and complimented by 12 additional hangars and two main buildings for FBO operations.

NetJets Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a charter and management company that specializes in fractional aircraft ownership. The NetJets Signature Series aircraft are customized with advanced cockpit and cabin technologies and in-flight entertainment systems.

The NetJets Signature Series of aircraft include the Embraer Phenom 300, the Bombardier Global family of aircraft, the Cessna Citation Latitude as well as the Bombardier Challenger 300 and 605 series.
