PARIS, 17 June 2013. American astronaut Buzz Aldrin--who walked on the moon 21 July 1969 as part of Apollo 11, the first manned lunar landing in history--is signing copies of his book, Mission to Mars: My Vision for Space Exploration, at Paris Air Show today.

Those interested in the space program, Mars exploration and historical personalities will want to be at U.S. International Pavilion Meeting Point in Hall 3, D-138 today, Monday, 17 June, from 11:30 to 12 noon.

Attendees are welcomed to gain unique insight and opinion about the past, present, and future of space exploration from this legendary astronaut, who was one of the first in history to walk on the moon and an aerospace engineer who designed an orbital rendezvous technique critical to future planetary landings
