PARIS, 19 June 2013. Parker Aerospace’s Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division has been selected to provide the wheels and brakes for the Pilatus PC-24, the first twin-engine business aircraft and the first jet product offered by Pilatus.
Parker Aerospace’s bill of material on the aircraft includes: internal caliper brakes (four per aircraft), 10-inch main wheels (four per aircraft), wheel fairings (two per aircraft), and five-inch nose wheels (one per aircraft). The wheels and brakes for the PC-24 are designed to provide maximum performance and longevity along with reduced maintenance time, ease of lining replacement, and competitive operating costs.
